Indigestion and hormonal imbalance

Hello! I am a 21 year old female and I have been suffering from indigestion from over a year and hormonal imbalance from I am not sure how long (maybe since I was 13).
About my indigestion:
The problem is that the consistency and frequency of my stools changes a lot.Some days I don't defecate even once and some days I defecate multiple times. Usually there is a mix of hard and loose stools. I have consulted many doctors about this and have had treatment for months but I am not feeling better. One doctor said that there is swelling in my intestines, another said I have problem in my liver and yet another said that it cannot be explained and we would just have to treat the symptoms. But none of the treatments helped.

About the hormonal imbalance:
I have most of the PMS symptoms that I have read online like very painful menstruation and ovulation, excessive mood swings, painful breasts, severe constipation for 2-3 days before menstruation followed by diarrhea. I also have some facial hair on my chin which started growing when I was 16. Around that time I also went through severe hairfall ( I thought it might be related). Now the hairfall is not that bad but I have thin hair on my temples, more so on the right side.

Can I please get some help?

Graphites 200 twice a day.

day 4 to day 15
Kali Carb 30 twice a day.

One dose means 2 pills or drops.
