hypothyroidism

good evening. i am a 27 year old suffering from hypothyroidism. my tsh test revealed a level of 9.76. could u pls help me with any homeopathic remedy?

Thyoriodinium 6c one dose daily evening time.
iodium 1000c daily morning time for three days then weekly one dose.
Pl use fresh food ,good exercise,good sleep and report after three month.
