Binge eatin, anxiety, stress depression help

So i am 19 beginning university. I am totally new with homeopathy remedies. The point here is that i feel really sad sometimes i want to cry but i cant. I binge eat a lot, i crave sweet food, i can eat like 10 nature valley granola bars in less than 10 minutes. The problem is that i feel really guilty afterwards, i cry. I have my stomach all bloated I feel like a stone, it is very stressful. I also have very often migrane my eyes hurt badly. I try to be positive but sometimes I begin with my negative thoughts. I am fearful when walking on the strees. I am also trying to lose weight but I cant because I dont have motivation and when I get it, after working out then I binge eat and it makes me sad. Why cant I control myself. I am hungry all the time even though I eat...

The main problems here are sweet craving, headache, constipation, strong menstrual cramps, sudden sadness, heaviness.
