Suggestion for high bp

I am 33 yr old experiencing hikes in blood pressure from past few months and i also have pain in neck muscles along with reeling sometimes. I have been to a homeopath and have been given a dose Ignatia 30 along with rawolfiaQ . I have been taking 15 drops of tincture in about 30ml water twice daily from two months. My parents are both hypertensives. Will rawolfia help me because the fluctuations are still there.
