Constipation problem
I am suffering from constipation, irregular bowel movement for last 9 to 10 years. Sometimes its happening sometimes its fine but I want to cure it, please help me. I want to clear my bowel everyday morning automatically but its not happening, I go everyday but it takes 30 minutes sometimes one hour. I have to give pressure for clearing my bowel and for thid after doing latrine I feel burnning sensation in my back and also as I create pressure I also feel frequent urination. and I found small small globule in my bowel and its hard.I am a 33 years old male.
