Urgent help regarding depression

Hello doctors,
I am seeking urgwmt help for my brother he is 28yrs old mphill student.He is under going sever depression and wants to end his life.He was always frustrated and irritable but 4 months ago he has lost a job which he other wise thought woyld crack it.From then his symptoms started increasing.He cries unconditioanlly,not interested to talk to any one.Fear of losing his loved ones,inferiority complex,wants to commit sucide,says he is a loser and fot for nothing not showing any intrest towards studies.He does not want to take medicalhelp.Do homoeo help in such cases.What medicines can we givem to him.

He cannot tolerate heat,weeps easily sudden outburts of cries and likes sour things.Althetic physic 5"11 height.
Please help.

Please give your brother Aurum metallicum 1M, once a day for 3 days and see how he feel in a few weeks.

Thank u sir.He was given Nat mur 30 Yesterday evening.Does it help?Can I give him Aurum Met 1M now or should I wait n see reaults of Natrum Mur kindly advice.
