Blood sugar
I am 72 years having 68kg weight.My fasting blood sugar (morning before lunch and before dinner with 6 to 8 hrs time) is between 100 to 130. But random for above three times between 230 to 250.
I am daily more than 10,000 feet walking. Body is slim.
What is the reason in random case.

Now a days awakeup 03:00AM
Go to bed: 10:30 PM
Retired (only 5 times going to mosque)
Diet: BREAKFAST 2 brown BAKERY Tose with
Egg, Cheez or Yougurt and one cup
milk tea with one tea spoon
organic HONEY
LUNCH One small chapati with
Mutton,vegetable or Dal etc:
DINNER Somtime nothing but only
milk with one teaspoon HONEY
Sometime repeated as BREAKFAST
BREAKFAST:Before 6 AM
LUNCH: Between 1:30 TO 02:00
DINNER: 08:00 PM
During above times 100-150 grams sessional fruit or sugar free 2 biscuit
SLEEP: 10:30 PM
Daily walk: 10-13,000 feet
Water drink: about 10 glass
Other digestion, sleep etc: no issue
