Fear in public place and anxiety, depression

Sir,
I am 38 male. I have following symptoms.

always nervous
anxiety, restlessness at night esp when tough times
wake up at nights and worry about the next day if there is any delivery or everything is not right.
Embarassment is extremely humiliating
anxitety about future
indifferent to surroundings.Fear to speak with a new people
Anticipation of some work what will done the next day. Palpitation extremely high when meet with somebody especially appearing at exam, shop or other public place. Extreme shyness and always think that others are following me. Low self confidence.

Request you please suggest a remedy for me.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Gelsemium 30 and Baryta Carb 30 twice a day for a month and report back.
One dose means 2 pills or drops each of both remedies at a time.
