Irritable bowel syndrome

I am 30 years old female.I am suffering from abdominal complaints from past 10 years.i have been diagnosed with ibs.i have urge for stool in morning but only small amount comes out and my stomach is tight or bloated after that.i feel tightness in lower abdomen like it is squeezing.i also have tightness in upper abdomen and spasm also in upper bdomen especially on eating fibrous food and spicy food.my stomach feels full and gassy on upper left side right after eating some foods which are onion cabbage cauliflower baked foods.even little amount of these foods make me full and gassy.i have bloating on eating banans watermelon,raw salads and sour fruits.i crave for spicy foods but cause dyspepsia and tightness in abdomen.laxatives cause pain but no relief in constipation.stool is always soft or sometimes watery but small amount comes out only once in morning.bitter and sour belching on eating spices.i have been eating boiled only salted food without any spices since long.occasionally eat normal home made food and suffer.please help

Please take Nux vomica 30c, twice a day for 10 days, but stop taking the remedy when or if you started feel improvement.
