Can it be continue with allopathy treatment.... and i have seen in almost every post nat phos prescribed for GERD why so??

Nat phos 3x or 6x ( cell salts) is a remedy for ailments with excess acidity usually caused by taking milk, sugar or fat.
It is generally a good remedy for a baby with colic.

Nat phos 6x is a natural acid reducer- your case is more severe.
I just wanted to add that if you have not made diet changes-
Or been advised how to do that? You need to google alkaline foods
And drinks and change the diet to get well. Also in some of these cases
Drinking very hot liquids is damaging to the membranes- for Instance
Having very hot tea- so if that is something you do please google the right temperature that is safe. The body cells cannot be acidic,
And by changing diet this allows your system to heal itself.
