Disturbed sleep
Hello thereMy 21 months old daughter has started to scream and then wake up during sleep every half hour to one hour every night for last 3 weeks. Before that she was having sound sleep. Nothing happens new. No fever or signs of pain. She was used to take day nap of 1.5 hours . Now she also scream and wakes up during that nap.she screams first and called mama mama, and when I try to hold her she pushes me away. At that moment her eyes are closed after that she sitts up and open eyes and want me to hold her and tap her back.during the day time she is not as active as she was before. She is irritated and throws more tantrums than before.
She co sleeps with me so no seperating anxiety exist. She does not go to day care. Now my sleep is getting Disturbed and I am losing my temper.
