Low Patience , intelligence,anxious ,Irritable ,angry, fatigue, long constipation

My Age : 31 years(married)
Profession : IT Consultant in MnC
Height : 5'5"
Weight : 90 KG
Sex : Male

I am suffering with :

1. Low patience
2. Loss of intelligence
3. Always anxious about future
4. Irritable when a problem comes
5. Fear to face problems in life and accept it
6. Angry & mentally fatigued
7. Long constipation(last 10 years)
8. Laziness in mind when someone asks for any physical or mental work

I like non-veg(Egg & Chicken) , am foody , however like weight training at Gym. I don't eat or drink fast food , cold drink. I am having hypothyroidism , diabetes and triglyceride and very high serum IGE.

I feel sleepy & fatigue in early morning. At night I get sleep after 30/45 min I get into bed.

I can not wake up early in the morning and post wake up I don't feel enough pressure in my bowel.

I was going thru depression and lost focus from career and had mild hypertension , which is now to some extent controlled.

Could you please suggest any remedy for me. I like eating nuts.
