I apologize that I did not respond right away.

To clarify, I took Spongia for 2 days only, for a total of 6 doses only approximately three weeks ago.

The flare up of cough started days later. I have been told in the past by homeopaths to 'wait out' symptoms, so I was waiting to report back. I didn't realize I was supposed to report right away. I will do so in the future. And, again, I apologize for not responding right away.

My current symptoms are: cough immediately on lying down at night. Sleeping elevated with several pillows helps. Cough drops help. Sometimes I cough first thing when standing up in the morning. Sometimes I cough after eating. Mostly a dry cough at night, but sometimes with mucus after eating.

I understand. I will see if I can find it locally. I can get 30c locally, but will call around to see if I can find 200c.

Cough is better after second dose.

Do I continue to take Aralia 6c at the same time...?

I am coughing less at night. I am coughing more in the daytime and I am very hoarse and my voice is giving out on me.
