Menstruation problem

I am 43 years old. I am getting scanty and painful menses from last three months. I only this month took some ayurvedic medicines. I got pain onset in lower abdomen and felt a lot of bowel movement with gas 5 days back. The periods are on time but scant and painful.

Any help would be appreciable.

Thanks.

Can you describe the pain? What kind of pain is it? Sharp? Dull?

And what makes it feel better or worse?

Do you have any other symptoms or health problems?

The pain is very sharp. It goes off with some pressure to the area. I get relieve thereafter. But mostly I am comfortable in laying posture, not sitting.

Some very mild back problem for which I am taking lycopodium 200 c once in 4-5 days.

Take Sepia 200c one dose a day for 3 days as a test dose.
1 dose is 2 pills/drops.

Report back in a week.
