Sore throat

Hi
I'm 35 yr old female having sore throat and feel ear blocked too (sometimes ) and other symptoms of sore throat.. very mild pain in back of throat, when swallow something feel ear blocked preferably only left side and few days i got pea size lymph node on upper side of throat.. now it's decreased to half and i have cough (hoarseness) in morning may be because of my acid reflux i had too many antibiotics in past 4-5 days..
now one of my suggested me lycopodium calavatum 30 for 7-10 days two times a day, what else i can take for my sore throat and ear.

Here I'm getting Mercurius solubilis.. can i take this instead of merc iod?

No MERC SOL IS DIFFERENT
MEDICINE NAME IS : Mercurius Iodatus Ruber
Also knows as MERC BIN IOD
