Suffering from nocturnal emissionHi Doctor,

I feel back pain when I bent down and knee pain sometimes. This problem is making me weak and i'm sperm is not thick it comes out like white milk. Also I ejaculate in 5 seconds during intercourse and sometimes before having intercourse.
First I want to solve my nocturnal emission problem, once solved i want to improve my intercourse time and sperm quality. Please provide my medicine as needed
