Can any one please explain where can I get Nat-m. 295 m (F.)
It is stated in MM of J.H CLARKE.
The complete episode is found on page 127 in Homeopathic Physician volume 7 where in it also mentioned "go home and finish the medicine (Sac.lac) what exactly is this.

I find writes on The National Center for Homeopathy (NCH) provides education. But have missed the point to explain what is 295 m (F).Just copied CLARKE'S MM verbatim. In market we have 30c 200c 1m 10m lm cm & LM potencies but what about 295m (F) I do not know what was available 100+ years ago.

I am in the USA I am not a doctor want to know what every letter 295 m (F.)stands for I can understand just like 1m cm it potency 295 m but I do not understand what is (F.)
Pl also tell what is (Sac.lac)
I wish you please reply in plain form as I don't understand abbreviations
