I beg to draw your kind attention regarding following issues of my wife age 30 having 2 daughter of 6.5 yrs & 3.5 yrs age. Elder was normal and young was seizure.# suffering headache on the rivht side from morning to evening for about 10 years. Pain starts from the right side of neck and comes up to the forehead.
## Currently, the pain is 6 montths starting from morning in both direction of the neck and head, the evening time is getting too much.
### The more work stress, more mental worries, the more pain, dizziness and vomitting in the evening. After taking paracetamol feel slightly comfort.
#### For 3 years, afterbtaking tetanus injection in right hand her right side hand started ache from time to time, the pain did not subside. But the pain is too much now and feel weak her right hand.
# pool nose due to nasal allergy and left side septam is red and itchy.
# Acidity with bad smell of stool, but clear stool everyday.
SWEAT TOO MUCH FACE, HEAD AND NECK
AGGRAVATE-- HOT, SUN, STRESS, TENSION, WORK PRESSURE
BETTER--- COLD AIR, FREE MIND, REST

Misses is continuing sang can 30.But sorry to interrupt sir, as following symptom incresing after continuing of 3days of SANG. CAN 30 as per your advice.
THERE IS ALWAYS PAIN FROM THE NECK TO THE HEAD AND WITH IT NAUSEA.

Sir she has completed 5days of SANGUNERIA 30.
But sorry to interrupt sir, earlier i mention regarding pain increase and you suggest to take Gelsimium 30, but prior to start GELS 30,from last evening she feels marked improvement in pain and it reduce by 60% but nausea still remain.
Now her pain fells in waist.
Very much smell in stool and acidity in stmach.
Other symptomp is still remaining
SO, REQUIRE SUGGESTION FOR NEXT

Dr. Sir earlier I mentioned all symptom detaild for my wife. Now I emphasise regarding nose irritation, pulling nose continiously, bad smell from nose, left side septum red and also deviated the septum. Also bad odor from mouth. Acidity in stomach with smelly air pass.

The both side single tooth are always in pain due to insect bites from last 5 days.
The front teeth are also hurting but there are no insects
It is almost gasy and gives off a very bad smell in the mouth
The gums are very dirty and tingling and if pressing bleeding
