How to understand my prescription

Hi, my doctor prescribed me:
Capsicum
24ch: 1 globule twice a month for two months
7ch: 3 granules twice a day for 1 month
5ch: 3 granules twice a day for 1 month

Do I have to follow the treatment sequentially (24ch for 3 months then 7ch for 1 month then 5ch for 1 month)

or do I have to start 7ch for 1 month, then 5ch for 1 month while starting 24ch initially. ?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Start with the lowest -5 first.
Then up to the 7 and up.

What you need to understand each person will have their own type reactions. Dosing is done by results-no one can predict response.
So always when you have a reaction , good or bad, you stop the remedy.
The remedy(google materia medica of any remedy)
If a good match will trigger your life force to clear the real problem. Once you get a response, you may find relief and then you wait till relief stalls to take another. If you take more after relief , you will overdose and start having new symptoms ( see materia medica) or aggravation of old things.
If you take and find old things get worse-again stop. These should wear off and then relief should show up. Then wait again to take.
It’s possible your problem could go away with just taking the 5.
