depression anxiety and severe eye dryness

Hi
I am 40, female, single.

I had bad cervical issue and had an operation (4 years ago) After that, I had to do hormone replacement therapy for 1.5 years. Now I have a regular check up.

After the operation and those process, I suffered depression anxiety and my homeopath prescribed me Nat-m .

It is more than 1.5 years that I immigrate to another country and I did not have a homeopathy remedy.

These are the list of remedies which I took almost two years ago (Carc c30,Nat-M c30-100M , Calc c30, Sep c30-200 ,Puls C30-C200,
Lach C30, Graph c30-200-M ,Sil C30-C200 )

My current symptoms:
-Feel my Depression Anxiety back again
-Like to cry and feel more lonely.
-have a muscle spasm in my shoulder back and neck
-My concentration is not good at all
-When I woke up in the morning feel tired even if I sleep soon (I wake up several times during the night)
- Have more worries and
- Eye ache (left eye) it is more sensitive to light and I suffer from severe eye dryness (need to use eye drop every 3-4 hours) I spent too much time in front of the computer
- White Tongue
-Bad breath ( I checked my teeth and there is no problem regarding them)
- grinding teeth during the night based on what my dentist figure out
