Abuse of topical steroids and eczema outbreak?

I am a 34 year old male. I first noticed minor round flat eczema on the back of hands in 2012. It was "non itchy" and would also ooze if cracks. Extremely mild- Just one or two breakouts on the back of both hands. It also showed up on the tip of right ear. It was a bit crusty on the ear tip.

Dermatologist gave me a high potency topical steroid cream. Since the area was so small I kept applying it on the effected area (hands only) and it kept going away. After stopping steroid, it kept coming back. so I controlled it regularly with steroid until May 2020.

In early 2020 I also started to feel slight pressure behind the right eye.

In May 2020 I got some kind of allergic reaction for the first time (like red hives all over the body). Those hives all over the body lasted for 3 days until I finally took antihistamines and they went away. Then in the next couple of weeks the eczema just exploded on my hands and arms (see pic). I also started getting random urticarial symptoms all over the body. Random red breakouts.

I remember that until 2012, I was pretty depressed and disappointed. I fell in love with a male friend of mine in college. It didn't work out and that put me through enormous grief and emotional toll. This went on for at least 2.5 years.

I have always been a thinker since childhood. When not busy in something, I love to walk around or even walk back and worth in the room thinking about different things I need to achieve, or people I am attracted to and love scenarios with them, or a tv show or a movie I've watched etc. Anything that sparks my interest. Mostly I would think of someone I like or something big I need to achieve.

I have achieved big things in my professional life. I always aim big. really big. I need to be occupied and keep achieving things, otherwise I fall into depression rather easily. When not too busy with professional life and things seems normal, i always get attracted to someone. I also think that one of the reason this ailment is happening to me, is God not happy with me and this could be my punishment. I pray a lot.

I am nice to everyone but I'm rather stubborn in the things that really matters to me and no person on earth can convince me to do otherwise. When I don't get something I really want, that makes me really upset. If there is something I really really want, I become insanely occupied in achieving it. I would work night and day just to learn more about it and to find a way to achieve it. Like it's the only way and no other way is acceptable.

The ailment has taken a big toll on me. Sometimes I feel it will not get better and the thoughts of self destruction and suicde come to mind. But those are temporary. Like i said I always constantly look for ways out of the problem. I pray. these days craving for the normal times are common. I miss normal days. Even the time when I was a child. I want everything to be perfect. the youth, perfect health etc. Anything otherwise, my body rejects it.

Sorry for the long description. I think the eczema bursted out because of suppression. I don't know what is the original remedy i was suppose to take to treat it. Please feel free to ask followup questions as i care about selecting the right remedy. I have been learning about homeopathy myself since the last year so I do understand any sort of depth your questions might have.
