Depression and anxietyHi, I am going to start taking Arum Metallicum for my severe depression and anxiety and suicidal ideation but have a question about the dosage I should take.
I see that there's 30c and 200c but can't figure out which dosage would be best. I can't find anything that recommends one or the other.
Also, do people take it forever when suffering from lifelong depression?
Thank you for any help.

Homeopathy is very different than western medicine.
It works bc the human body will not tolerate two similar diseases or out of balance states.
The remedy has to be a good match to your symptoms - when it is , the body targets getting rid of the remedy (remedies are diluted molecular imprints -)the life force is raised to clear the remedy and then the actual disease.
Everyone has individual reactions to a dose-symptoms can aggravate then follow a path of relief and one only takes more doses based on your reaction.
A. With any depression/anxiety physical causes must be ruled out. Low energy due to physical issues causes depression/anxiety.
B.If you have been on anti depressants etc you need to talk to your dr and start weaning off of them-
C. You cannot self prescribe as you don’t know enough to choose the right med or how to dose.
D. Best option see a homeopath in person.
On here, you need to give a lot of details about your health, meds you take, when this began, etc to get adequate advice.
