how to heal severe emotional trauma, paranoia, anxiety and depression.
Hello, about 2 years ago I had a dream about being sexually abused and was terrified of going to sleep. This lead to me abusing my ADHD meds and blood prerssure medication to keep from falling asleep. This went on for 2 months and I hallucinated and started to believe that there was a child trafficing operation going on in my apartment complex (hallucinated hearing children getting raped, etc).Since then, I have been severely depressed, very low self esteem, paranoid and am unable to encounter a child in public without having an emotional reaction. Am I beyond help or is there hope? I understand that ignatia Amara is good for these types of cases but I have been looking into Nat mur, kali phos, calc fluor, nat sulp, and nat phos at 200ck. I hope someone can respond, there doesnt seem to be any way to recover from this. Thank you.

FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.
NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DINNER.FOR 3 NIGHTS.
DAY 4 ONWARDS
PULSATILLA 200.
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 2 Times daily.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION FERRUM PHOS 6X AND KALI PHOS 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.

Dear God thank you so much for replying. I actually have some hope now.
A few questions:
1. So no need for Ignatia Amara? I am literally terrified of encountering children and am always checking corners and on guard for potential encounters. I am wondering if this is some form of PTSD. I slept maybe a total of 100 hours in that two month span.
2. Also forgot to mentionm that during the whole nightmare, I developed a paranoia that I what if I am repressing paedophilic tendencies due to the subject matter I was in conflict with.
Ive never been sexually attracted to children but I have always been terrified of it since my son was born worried he would be molested. During this hellish experience, given my unstable state of mind due to the lack of sleep and hallucinations, some sexual trauma developed in my groin area where I am now always on the defense and tightening up whenever even the word child is mentioned or I read the word. So now I identify with being a paedophile even though rationally there is no reason to. Hence the extremely low self esteem.
I know I am a true basket case. Does the above information change your diagnosis in any way?

Ok great, and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the immediate response. I will be able to obtain these remedies in late June so I will post an update after my initial 1st and 2nd weeks of treatment.

Sorry to bother you again. I have one last queston.
I live in Turkey and unfortunately do not have immediate access to these remedies. Thus I have to wait about 3 months at a time to purchase these when my brother travels to the US.
Would it be too much for me to ask you for follow up remedies in case the first treatment plan does not work? I am tragically suicidal so I would like to purchase a number of remedies at once.
