Help with a covid case

Cough with chest pain that extends to head
Cough worse in the heat of shower, feels nauseous in shower and harder to breath in shower
Feels like they need deep breaths after coughing
No discernable fever
Sleep good aside from a few coughs during night
Coughs alot during day
Throat sore, dry
Yellow nasal discharge
Blocked nose sometimes running on right side
Desires sips of water
No appetite
Reddish cheeks
Very sleepy
Feels ok in fresh air but no sensitivity to temperature aside from warmth of shower
On first day had strong stsbbing pains "like a bone going into her" in right side of chest moved to left side

Tried arsenicum 30c unsuccessfully
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

ANTIM TART 30 FIVE PELLETS THREE TIMES A DAY.IN ADDITION FERRUM PHOS 6X AND KALI SULPH 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY.

Thankyou! I considered ant tart but there is no rattle in the cough.

Ill check it again in materia medica.
