1 week old baby

Help please, my 1 week old seems to be having some tummy issues.
Bub started having stringy,mucous stool yesterday. Since then bub is grunting and then does a small poop and cries when there is tummy pain.

Nux vom 30 one pellet three times a day.In addition Mag Phos 6x one tab ones a day.

Feedback after 4 days.

I've got nux vom 30 in liquid or 200c in tablet. What would be the dose for that.

One drop in some water of 30 potency.3 TIMES A DAY.
