10 months of symptoms: neurological, gastro, fatigue, please help
My symptoms started after the vaccine : extreme fatigue, tiny twitches all over body, Feeling of buzzing all over body, brain fog, headaches above eyebrows that start around 3pm for coupe of hours and very tender back neck and head area, cracking neck, weight loss, hair falling out, gas and bloating , I feel hungry but no appetite, soft stools, strange sensations in tongue( slightly numb but also feeling you get after eating mint- cool, yet also burning - yeah I know, sounds super weird), waking up around 4am not being able to go back to sleep, tinnitus ( sort of white noise electric sound ) , anxiety ( never had any of these before , except for stomach issues , but never as intense as now).Please let me know if you have advice for me

15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER.
Day 2 onwards THUJA 30 THREE TIMES A DAY FOR 2 DAYS.
FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 4 DAYS.

Hello and thank you again. I was looking to buy nux comics on Amazon but only see it in pellets - is it ok to substitute? There are some liquid forms but I am not sure these are legit companies . Grateful for your advice

Thank you! Just to clarify as I am quite new to homeopathy- nux vomica 200 pellets ( as I didn’t find drops). Do I take 5, then another 5 15 min later, and another 5 15 min later- half hour before dinner?
