A boy. Age 17. Recently had unprotected sex. After that he developed symptoms like frequent urge to urination, aching testes and jock itch. He was taking cantharis but there was no relief. I suggested him a dose of Merc sol 200. Next day I received a call that all of his problem solved except jock itch. After 5 days again he called me. There was no improvement in jock itch. Also he was experiencing some new issues constipation and pruritus ani which aggravated after passing stool. 1 dose of Nux v 200 was given yesterday evening. Today he called me, there is no constipation and his energy is high. Some mild improvement in jock itch. But no improvement in anus itch, which is bothering him a lot. I suggested him to observe for a day. I believe Nux v will help him further. Whats your opinion on this? Nat-m, Sil, Zinc, Eupho also appeared to cover all of the symptoms.Ziomih on 2023-09-02
This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Today evening I received another call. He is little better now. Asked him to observe for a week and maintain proper hygiene. Hopefully things will be sorted.

Though he already had another anti syphilitic remedy Merc sol. I am bit skeptical this is syphilis. Incubation period of syphilis is around 2-3 weeks. Its just a 6 days old case. I will keep observing the case, since he is improving. Thanks.
