sinus infection/tumor in dairy cow

Have a 4 year old Guernsey cow that has either a sinus infection or a sinus tumor. Thats what vet said. Can I treat it homeopathically? Some days she has yellow slimy discharge, other days, there bloody slimy discharge. Only on right side nostril.
She has silent heats and is not bred back. Still milking after calving June 1st last year.
