12 in 1 Cell Salt Remedy?

Why would someone take a 12 in 1 tissue salt remedy such as sold by Hylands as opposed to taking the specific salts indicated from that persons symptoms? I have this in my medicine cabinet and am wondering what use it has.

More interested in the general question of 12 in 1 tissue salt remedies as opposed to needing advice on my specific symptoms currently. Thank you!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The 12 in one does not work that well. It’s way more effective to google the salt or salts for specific symptoms. For example you start a cold/if you take Ferrum phos 6x 3 or more times on the first or second day, the cold usually disappears.
