Constipation Pls help

Hi I am suffering from a very painful abdominal discomfirt.

My history is like this.

Age : 31 years
Married,Male.
skin:Dry scaly skin,peels off from scalp,back,neck,legs,back of the hands,frown etc.

Got operated for pilesin 1993.

Physical appearance : thin,tall with long neck.

Likes and dislikes: Like warm weather.dont like Sour food.

Mind and dreams : Above average student and hardworking.

Attitude : egoistic,sentimental and helping.

Mood : Currently mood swings are heavy as my Stomach and abdomin are not at ease.

Medicinal History:
During childhood,taken medicines for Cracked heels and got completely cured.

During 1oth standard,I used to mastruate a lot and as a result i got Piles(may be because of over heat).

Piles used to bleed when ever I used to mastrubate at that time and also used to get constipation.

Even now I have the same problem.If i involve in sex,I get constipation.Basically the symptom was not cured.

Now I get a pain in the lowest part of my anus.I have swelling like feeling in the stomach with the stool getting strucked and causes a pain.

Because of bad digestive tract,I also have gastritis,lack of Strong pennis erection.

I also used antibiotics for Amebiosis for almost 3 years.

Some times Homeo for the same.

Ultimately I went to a homeo doctor who tried to find out my Constitutional drug.

He gave me something which causes very smooth Bowel moment with constitution as long spirals(i feel comfirtable with that constitution).
My skin glows and hair becomes dark and thick(otherwise hair turns brown and looks weak).

All was fine upto there but I loose my sexual ability immediately and also the abdomin bulges exactly at the end point where the stool gets released.I try to press my abdomin inside and It wont go.Also it causes Tention all the time.

I took that medicine because It makes me feel fresh like I feel as if my entire body is charged but whats the use If I am loosing my sexual ability.

I told the doctor 100 times but he is not willing to change the medicine and I gave up.

I feel like He left me halfway.

Later I went to many doctors and they tried many medicines but no use.

I was suggested Lyco200 By Mr.Shaw from mumbai for six months saying that it will take long time to cure my problem and I have IBS and psoriasis.

I am sure he was wrong.
All this time I used to notice the changes very clearly.i.e whenever I have my stomach and abdomin and bowel moment free I get very healthy skin and hair.

I am also sure that I am not impotent,I am having some side effect with the medicines I have used all these years and lost erection temporarily.

I get Cramps every minute and suffer.

I am having trouble with my throat as well.
I have swollen glands very often with flum almost very often.Again It also depends on the freeness of my abdomin.If the cramps are free and stomach is painless then Throat is also free.

I am not having a healthy sex life since 4 years.

Just changing doctors to find a better solution who can really understand my problem.

Here is the list of medicines I have tried.

Ars Alb
Nux
Lyco
Sulphur
Ferrum phos for sore throat and relieves very fast but stomach discomfirt increases.

Aloes : I went to a Alopathic physician and he gave me some antibiotic when I told him that I had Amebiosys at some time,After using the course I got severe cramps with very hard bowel moment and I can feel the difficulty in walking also towards right side down from abdomin to right leg as if i had hernia).
I also had a neck pain at the left shoulder.

Then i took Aloes and it relieved from neck pain and weakness.
But it was temporary.I was suffering from spasmodic cramps,took Mag phos30 twice and got some relief.

But skin was already horrible at that time and peeling off severly.

I then tried Carboveg.It also had the min effect and dry skin problem was increasing.
Later took belladonna30 but no effect.

Mouth ulcers are another problem.

Basically I have a very heat body internally.
I take buttermilk to the system cool not very often.

Easily excited and depressed.

Tried
Causticum,
Graphites improved mouth ulcers but not stomach condition,
Petroleum,
no improvement.

I know I have tried several medicines without proper guidence.

I need a professional help so that a doctor can read the reactions and can give me follow up medicines one after the other.

The main symptom is the bulging of end point of rectum where the stool get released.The stool stays there and body is over heat.I get very hot toilet when it passes out.
I feel like putting my hand inside and pull the anus towards bottom a little bit.

Also I get a feeling like my anus(i m not sure what it is technically) is pulled up a bit and not opening properly.
All this after using many medicines.

It is exactly 4 fingures down from the Naval point is the place where the cramps and pain and inconvinience during erection like it holds tight and restricts pennis erection.
