cold flu summer

what could one take to fight a cold in the summer or winter, sneezing, running nose, waterery eyes. stuff nose. i know it has to be something out there.

please try arsenic alb 30c 3 times in day for a week and report me , after that I will prescribe for increase the immunity power for cure of cold and sneezing problem.
