Seeking advice for Gastric trouble

Dear Pankaj ji and Dr. Kuldeep ji,

I take the liberty of requesting advice for my friend.

My friend, aged about 30 years old, has been suffering from Gastric problem. He is not married. He had used allopathic drug Omeprazole for quite some time and stopped using it. He sits a lot in front of the computer and developed muscle pains on the shoulder also. His height is around 5.8. Could you please suggest some medicine for gastric and muscle pains.

Thanking you

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Sulphur 30 in the morning and Nux Vomica 30 in the evening for two weeks.

And after two weeks start with Naturm Phos 6x after each meals.
