I have some white pitches on lips,spots on finguers,and on scrt partant budy can suggest me the medicine for it,presently i m tacking ,unani medicine(saphoph barks)+aurbedic khadirarisht only

please note that taking Milk along with salty things(which is common indian breakfast) causes leucoderma. When u take milk please ensure not to mix salt dircetly in milk and also avoid taking any dish which contains salt.

Taking Salad is very healthy. Pls continue. There is nothing to do with white substances for leucoderma.
Yes , you better find out if ur over weight is due to over eating or other hormonal problems. If over eating is the cause for heavy weight then one time salad diet is very effective.

In one of my previous post I want to make clear that when u take milk , do not take salty dishes withing one hour of taking milk. Do not mis understand to discard salt completely of your diet. You continue with all types of food but do not take salty dishes and milk at one time.
