Yes, it is filled with pus and it seems it coming out, but never gets smaller. Also, all this is covered with the skin as inside the eye.
I'm doing hot compreses, that bump seems to be relieved a bit, but still does not go away.
I had one 3-4 months ago and surgery was done and taken out, but I do not want to do that again, unless it is really necessary.
No illness, no skin disorder, at least I do not notice.
thanks for help.

(This message is posted here by way of an exchange of views and does not constitute a medical prescription)
Thats it !
Try the following:
Start with SILICEA 30C ....four times a day. This will make the pus to begin to flow out. Take it for one week.
Then take HEPAR SULPH. 200C one dose every night for 3/4 nights...this will dry up the pus wound left behind.
( PLEASE NOTE:
SILICEA is not to be used by those who have been installed with an external device to join bones thru surgery etc. as SILICEA has a tendency to throw out any thing "foreign" embedded in the body by external means....even a thorn stuck in th skin somewhere).

Please, forgive my incompetence, but I'm not really familiar with remedies, so if you could explain how they work, I'd really appreciate.
Also, I checked this website and found few form of "SILICEA 30C" and "HEPAR SULPH. 200C" you mentioned I'd need to use. What form should I take and for how long "SILICEA 30C" should be used.
thanks again

Never mind ! Once upon a time we were all beginners.
Medicines are:
SILICEA and
HEPAR SULPHURIS CAL...(HEPAR SULPH. for short)
30C and 200C stand for potency of the respective medicine i.e. its strength.
Frequency of dosage is given in my earlier reply.
Get the medicines in pills form.
If the pills are of the size of a sugar crystal then one dose is about 5 to 6 pills.
If ithe pills are smaller than that ...then the dose is 8 to 9 pills.
For pills bigger than a sugar crystal ....take 4 pills for each dose.
How these medicines work??....
The body cells are in a constant state of regeneration. Old cells die out and new ones get formed. This is natures way. "Pus" is the resultant of dead cells which have not found an outlet from the body. Instead, have stagnated and decayed. Some humans have this tendency.
SILICEA has a special affinity to push out the pus from the body wherever it is formed. ( It may be externally visible or it may be in an internal organ or gland).
HEPAR SULPH has the affinity to dry up the pus wound provided given in a potency of 200C or above, no matter where the pus wound is in the body.
Take SILICEA for a week or little longer until the growth in the eyelid begins to breakup and throw the pus out. Keep washing the area with clean water.
Afterwards, start with HEPAR SULPH. Use for 4/5 days.

P.S....
The above two medicines are to be taken internally. Place the pills under your tongue each time and let them dissolve !.

I used SILICEA for a week, but the bump is still in there. It seems to be releasing some pus, but still not gone. Do I have to use HEPAR SULPH as you mentioned after Silicea? or still, I should use this for a longer time...
please, advise.

Use Silicia for 4/5 days more then switch to Hepar Sulph.
Good that the pus is flowing out. The process of cure has started !
Good Luck !

Sorry for so many questions..
If the bump does not go away, can I just repeat all this process again after a while?

Yes ! You can, there is no problem.
I expecr Hepar Sulph. to do its own bit so in two weeks you can expect to see a "flat surface" instead of the bump. The redness will take a little longer to go away.
Important to note:
SILICEA 30 promotes the expulsion of pus.
HEPAR SULPH. 200C promotes drying up of the residue.
SILICEA will also ensure that you are not bothered by such growths in the future. It will also streamline your digestive system.

Hi there again,
The bump did not dissappear after the
first treatment, so I started Silicea 30 again and already taking for ~10 days, but the bump is still there. Do I have to take it for a longer time (for how long it is OK to take it) or move to Hepar Sulph?
Please, help!
thanks

I have the exact same thing. Did you ever get rid of the Chalazion?
I hope not to have surgery.
Thanks !

I was a chronic sufferer from Chalazion or Styes in my eyelids which seemed never to stop bothering me. I had them surgically extracted on 4 occasions but they seemed to come back over and over again.
I used Arnica 30 as a remedy for another problem and was quite surprised to discover that it stopped the chronic infection within a week.
You can take Arnica 30 twice daily for 2 weeks and just once daily for as long as you like. This is quite safe as I have been taking a dose every night for about 8 years,

excuse me, i have a chalazion on the inside of my lower left eyelid, near the punctum where the tears drain. I really really wnt to get rid of it because it's disfiguring. I have had it for about a year now and hot compresses dont work. It's not discharging anything - it's just this hard little mass. When i look inside my eyelid, i cant see anything much coz i think the lump is covered by skin. I've been to the eye doctor who says it's too small to cut. But i think it's really noticeable and i really want to get rid of it! can somebody help me please? thanx.

Will the ARnica dissolve the current chalazions I have or just prevent new ones?
jstanfield 2 decades ago
In my experience Arnica 30 will positively prevent Chalazions from recurring. However it will be safe to presume that this remedy may also help in the reduction of the swelling and draining of the affected eyelids.
If you are suffering from recurrent Styes in your eyelids, Arnica 30 is the remedy for you. It can be used quite safely on a daily basis for any length of time till you find that this problem has been finally overcome.
Arnica 30 is also very effective in treating Acne especially in teen agers who often have to suffer from it at puberty.

I am sure that you can purchase Arnica 30 from the nearest Homeopathic pharmacy in your city. I live in Sri Lanka and I cannot advice you from where you can purchase it.
You may use Arnica 30 for as long as you wish as I have been using it daily for about 8 years. You will also notice that it will prevent both Acne and Styes from forming on your face and eyelids.
I do not think that it can reduce an old hardened Chalazion immediately but it will help to reduce the mass especially if you foment it daily and you use the remedy daily.
