chronic postnasal sinusitis

I have postnasal sinusitis for more than 3 months. Despite the homeopathic treatment my sinusitis hasn't improved. My symptoms are: pressure feeling in the forehead, lots of greenish or yellowish discharge from the mouth (the nose is clear) and occasionally sore throat or Bronchis irritation and (productive) cough. I haven't had sore throat for a month. Till now I have taken Sulphur and Kali Bichromicum 1M and 10M. What do you suggest I should take? Thanks in advance,

Thank you very much for the replay dr. Sharma, but to make sure that I understood, should I take only one dose of Sulphur 50M for a whole week and then start taking kali bichr?
Thank you in advance,

It's me again! I'd like to ask you where I could find Sulpur 50M. There isn't such a sulpur 'version' in the list of this homeopathics remedies store. If I failed to find it, could I take a 'substitute' (e.g. Sulpur 10M?)? Please, in addition to this question, give me your suggestion regarding my post/question above! Thank you in advance,
