This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
should do it daily...but no, only a couple of times/week for 3-4hours.
I didn´t get nervous about it before, but now I have a new teacher and I´m kind of scared...he picks very few students, actually I don´t know why they put me with him because I´m not that good...so when friday arrives I get really nervous and very often I want to call him and tell him I´m sick (luckily my mother doesn´t let me do that).

my old teacher was very young (I think she was 25) and she didn´t demand much work, everything I played was fine for her. with this guy I feel very insecure about the way I play. I guess I´m not scared of him, he´s really nice, but I´m scared of disappointing him.

As a baby my mother always overprotected me, I think she never left me with other people, so when I started kindergarten I remember I was terrified of her leaving. She had to go in the classroom with me, and stay for a while until I would stop crying.

In elementary school I had the same problem, every morning I would beg her to let me stay at home with her, I would scream or cry or throw up...every morning was a nightmare for both of us.
I think I was embarrassed about that and I didn´t want her to be mad at me, so I tried to be good at everything else. She never punished me or yelled at me, because she didn´t need to.
But weren´t very close. We used to talk a lot but never about how I felt. Many times I was just trying to impress her, especially when my sister was a baby (when I was 8-10).

As a teenager we didn´t talk much because I locked myself in my room for hours. I never told her about my problem with food, she found out about it 3 or 4 years later but I have always told her to leave me alone because there´s nothing she can do since she can´t pay for therapy. Sometimes I used to make her feel guilty about that but now I just hide it.

Over the years I have realized my parents are not as great as I thought they were. I´m better than them in many things, and I think I don´t like that. I feel like I don´t need them and their influence in my life is almost gone today. Well, in fact my father´s influence is completely gone. My mother still gives me some advice from time to time, and encourages me to do things when I´m sad...she also encourages me to diet but sometimes it makes me want to eat more.

Binge eating has stopped,I started a new diet on monday and I´ve lost 2.5lbs in 6 days. Should be excited but I´m not, because I know it won´t last. I´m still a little depressed, today´s my best friend´s birthday party and I don´t want to go because I feel ugly.

Ankle hurts again but not as much as before treatment.

I still have some cough and wheezing since last week´s illness but I have stopped taking ventolin. I only used it once (yesterday).

And I´m still waiting for my period (last one was october 4th to 9th).

Hello, I'm not really sure about homeopathic remedies, meaning I do not know about them specifically. I have a huge problem with binge eating. Every week I try and lose weight and I even see myself losing weight and then the next day I just binge and binge. It is unstoppable, it really has such control over me, I even think in my head why do you continue to eat and it just does not matter. Please help and infor me of anything I can take to help me with this issue.

Hello, it´s been one year since I stopped posting in this forum. The reason is that I realised I was expecting too much of Homeopathy. I´m not saying it doesn´t work: it´s just that binge eaters like you and me, tend to expect some kind of magic remedy that will make us stop eating. And after dealing with bulimia and binge eating for 6 years I cah tell you that there is no such thing, and that the best thing you can do is going to therapy because otherwise you´re just hiding the problem.

If you decide to take homeopathic remedies as an "extra help", this forum is a great option. I suggest you look for John Stanton, he was a great help for me and for many others...I just stopped posting because I gained some weight after taking NAT.MUR as my number of binges increased...and I was kind of angry (lol). But I´m sure he´ll be able to help you.

Good luck!!

Hello,

Thank you so much, your so right with this magic pill, I can't tell you how many pills I try and think will help me. I"m on adderall and there are so many postings from sites saying they have lost weight, and I've lost none because I continue to go back to my bingeing. I am currently in therapy right now, my main reason for therapy is anxiety, which is one of the reasons why I binge because it gets my mind off of anxiety. What is NAT.MUR and why did you gain weight after using it. I'm new to this site so i'm not really sure who John Stanton is and how to talk to him about this. Thank you

John Stanton is one of the "regulars" at this site, but I just checked and he hasn´t posted since August...

Natrum Muriaticum is a remedy he gave me after having asked a loooooooooooooot a questions to me (as you can see above). So don´t take it unless someone recommends it to you. They have to study all your other medical problems and history to be able to treat you "as a whole".

Nat.Mur didn´t make me gain weight; I was just really disappointed because it wasn´t working as I expected (yes, the miracle pill), so after a few days I started eating a lot and I had a big relapse that lasted for a whole month...so it was totally my fault! Homeopathy will not make you gain weight as it doesn´t have any side effects.

I don´t know who is taking cases currently but if you read some of the discussions you´ll find out.
