Homeopathy is not like allopathy to tell the name of a medicine for your hypertension.
Lot of information is needed to suggest a medicine.
Please consult a competent classical homeopath, near you.

I am 77 years old and I have used Arnica 30c daily in the wet dose for the last 11 years. My BP is 120/80 pulse 65. I am convinced that my low BP is due to my daily dose of Arnica.
Use it for a month and see the results for yourself on a digital BP gauge which I hope you will record for the benefit of disbelievers on this forum.
A classical homeopath will only give you the stock remedies that are used for Hypertension after a long questionnaire which may be largely irrelevant and may not be able to help you as he would never have been exposed to the incredible benefits of using Arnica which you can read by visiting:

There is not a single instance of 'proven' record in the above thread mentioned.
What for worked for 'X' need not work for 'Y' in homeopathy.
It is a different medicinal system altogether.
If you decide to use this medicine,please be cautious and discontinue the moment you encounter any new symptoms.

Dear Murthy
Please do not get unduly excited about my prescription of Arnica for Hypertension. You have stated that there is no evidence but if you have the patience to wade through the many posts on Hypertension on this forum you may discover the posts of patients who have used this therapy and have confirmed that their BP has dropped a few days after taking it.
I have not kept a record of the results reported by my patients some of whom have sometimes called me a miracle prescriber. You have only to read my track record to realize that there is indeed some method in my 'madness' which has endeared me to my patients, perhaps due to the love I project in my handling of their problems and the dedication that I display in all my posts on this and other forums. I am doing this as I feel that God has given me a special gift of healing which I believe I have inherited from my forefathers who you may remember I mentioned in a previous post to you, were a famous family of Ayurvedic physicians in the 18th century.
I do hope that you will try to overcome your complete adherence to the classical mode of homeopathy which to me seems more oriented towards fooling the patient into believing that his salvation can only occur through a classical remedy selected only by a classical homeopath. You are aware that I do not agree with this ideology and have proved that the direct 'this for that' system which is also now known as 'Joepathy' works far better than your classical system as it seems to get results overnight or even quicker in a few hours. I can remind you of the case of Shiny's son Mihir who had instant results from his asthma within about 3 hours after suffering from it since he was a baby.
May I suggest that you observe carefully the success that I have achieved by my staunch refusal to accept your classical agenda in the treatment of patients which has lead to some remarkable results ? You can always read these results in the archives if you have the time to do so.
I rest my case.

Arnica is also written as a hypertensive remedy in the repertory but of low grade.Needs some more symptoms to confirm its indication.May be suitable due to trauma, physical or mental.

thanks again guys, a question came from sad 365 mention if underlying cause not remove will never be cure. this i under stand changed diet, have been taking arnica, orderless garlic extract,apple cider vinagar, green tea extract. still fluctates from 160s to 190s. also hypertension rectonnopty i right eye. thats why i need to get it down, for good.
