The symptom profile for which you suggested Nux is perfectly clear to me.But here, it being an etiologica case (accident), perhaps we should give chance to Arnica till it keeps helping.May be a dose of Arnica in a higher potency.Specially, since the patient is improving.Because, for all we know, tomorrow or day after she may lose the sensitivity to sound etc.If she had been given Nat Sulph 200, i am sure in 2 days she would have been perfectly allright.

This notion of Nux.v antidoting the effects of allopathic medicines is not universally true.
Nux.v can antidote the effect of allopathic medicines, only if the picture that emerges after the use of allopathic medicines matches with that of Nux.v.
Read this from the great master 'Nash'.
''After aromatics in food or as medicine, particularly ginger, pepper, etc., and after almost any kind of so-called 'hot' medicines (Goullon).' Also, 'will also benefit persons who have been drugged by mixtures, bitters, herbs and so-called vegetable pills, etc. -(B.)'
This is putting it in too wholesale a fashion. It would be true if said that Nux vomica will often benefit such cases. The fact is that it will benefit those cases in which the use of such drugs, aromatics, pills, etc. has brought about a condition that simulates the symptoms produced in the provings of Nux vomica, or in cases to which it is homoeopathic and no others. Another fact is that things often do produce such a condition, and that is one reason why so many physicians are invariably prescribing Nux vomica the first thing, in cases coming from allopathic hands, without even examining the case, but it is unscientific. We have a law of cure and there are cases in which the Nux vomica condition is not present but another more similar remedy must be given. It does not alter the case to say, 'Well, I did not know what had been given,' for Nux vomica will neither antidote the effects of the drug poison nor cure the disease condition unless it is homoeopathically indicated, especially given in the dynamic form.

We can't ignore: What caused it....that is far more important here.

The medicnes based on causation can't help forever.We have to keep the changing picture in view, and change the medicines when required.
Remember there is opposition for Gels. too, but it helped.
Classical homeopathy teaches us how to handle different situations,which can't be understood by 'this for that' prescribers.

still I am giving my wife Arnica but there seems no improvement in her pain. Whenever she does extra work or speaks too much she feels pain in the back side of her head. Should I go in for Nux??If yes what potency. By the way she is Epileptic also and is on tegritol 700mg since the age of 10.

You have reported the fact that your wife is an epileptic and that she has been treated from age 10.
It is obvious by now that she is not responding to Arnica and it is possible that her headache is due to the drug.
This is a case for Murthy the classical homeopath to test his skills to help cure her and I hope he does so ASAP.

Arnica 200 yesterday.
She has taken a lot of homeopathic medicines till now and by the grace of god has not had any attack since last more than 3 years. She used to feel very weak after the attack for days.The homeopathy medicine name I will give you later as I need to check it.

My wife ok till now but since yesterday she is again complaining of pain in her back side of head and also blurring in her vision like cloudy vision.I had stopped Arnica and nat Sulph.She went for EEG test also recently and we will get the report on 29.11.
Should I restart Arnica??OR some other medicine??

Far too many remedies have been given here and for too long. When was the last time she took anything, and what was it?
Take a step back, and tell us exactly what is going on now, you will get nowhere with everyone barking out suggestions and applying all different remedies at once.

I have only given her Nat Sulph 30. asI was not having the higher potency and in Qatar we cannot get homeo medicines.
