please help, urinary tract infection

i have cloudy urine and back pain, i believe i might have a urinary tract infection, is there any homeopathic treatment for this?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
UTI gives burning, itching kind feeling in urethera. One feels like passing urine but produces nothing because it is not the urge but the feeling.

Good, so nothing very serious. Seems liver or gall problem but still nothing serious unless there is a pain on pressing.

Drink a lemon's juice in warm water and wait till tomorrow.

If still tomorrow you are having cloudy urine. Chiledoneum 6C twice a day for three days.
