chronic acne and hair fall

i am 30 yrs male unmarried working as accounts officer in a govt office. i have had gastroduodenitis last year and got treatments by allopathic doctor. but after some months i develoved weakness and severe backache which led me to bed for 6 months ,i couldnt be able to walk or stand up. then the doctor prescribed METRONIDAZOLE,by the effect i could walk and stand but i got severe acne inon my back,chest and arm and on neck and forehead. it will be currect if i say that i have had serious acneproblem before that but this time it got worse. i had been taking KALI BROM 200 -2 doses daily for cne . i took it for 2 months but it couldnt help .now from 2 days i have been taking Antim Crude 200- ONE DOSE Daily, and i feel that i have been improving a lot, acne on neck started drying off. my body weight is 53 kg and length is 5 ft 6 inch.
i wud like to ask that how long should i take this remedy. i have heard that iron rich fruits should be avoided during the homeopathic treatment . what should i do/ I HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM OF FALLIN HAIR FROM 10 YRS. WILL THIS REMEDY BE HELPFULL IN IT.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Who has suggested these remedies.Kali Bromatum 200 two doses daily for 2 months and now Antimonium Crudum 200 two doses daily (for how many months??).

I hope some homeopath has suggested this protocol.Or is it self medication?
