skin issue for my wife- eczema Page 2 of 4

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Dear John

nat.mur is basically introverted. Doesn't like consolation.rather a closed type.

nat.mur wants everything to be kept neatly organised.

nat.mur has an affinity towards the hair line. The location of the eczema,is a pointer towards it.

nat.mur can cause cracks anywhere in the body, but more so in lower limbs.

Murthy-

I think you got her well.

We'll see next week.

Murthy-

My instincts tell you that you have captured my wife's current state pretty well here. we start the remedy next week as discussed. I certainly hope it helps with her foul mood.

That's where my line of thinking was going too Murthy ... Nat Mur - hence my proddings a few posts ago.

John , as you probably know with this form of medicine- her mood may worsen before it ameliorates and this is no bad thing. Nat Mur may bring to the surface whatever need s to come up, so let the process unfold...not too many expectations.

Also John, be wary of peppermint after her dose ... peppermint is one of nat mur's antidotes.

hi carlotta

It is good that we are thinking along the same lines.

john will be happy for this confirmation.

let us see how it goes.

Dear Murthy and Carlotta-

Thanks for your help. We should be starting this the remedy this week, assuming I can obtain it locally. I have a question though, would spearmint have the same effect on the remedy as peppermint? its in her toothpaste...

Dear John

Make sure that you post the response with Graphites, before you start Nat.Mur.

Don't worry about the mint in the tooth paste.

Murthy

Murthy-

I'm not sure she has had any response to graphites, but I'll check it out better this evening.

Murthy-

My wife reports no noticeable changes physically or mentally from the graphites. what do you think?

John

john34 last decade
Can you wait for another week?

I don't want to rush the things. If there is no reaction, even at the end of second week, we will start nat.mur.

Murthy

gavinimurthy last decade
of course we can wait another week, maybe two weeks. Next week is a holiday week here, might not to risk an aggravation during that time.

John

O.K. enjoy your holidays.

Hi John,
May be Nat Mur is the best chioce as constitutional remedy.please try Petrolium30 Two pills three times a day .It will give a very good result for the crack of her feet. You can see the result within a week.
Sulekha.

Dear sulekha

I am trying to tret her by taking a complete case.

Nat.mur itself may cure her cracks in feet.

Is it not better to go for a medicine selected on totality, rather than for a particular part?

Moreover, the cracks in the feet is not the priority.

We can discuss further.

Murthy-

We have not started the Nat Mur yet, still waiting as per our previous discussion. Though, my wife still says she feels no change, so we are considering starting now.

But, before I do, I thought of a few other symptoms that I wanted to run by you, before we start, to confirm the remedy.

one, my wife is very sensitive to motion sickness. if she rides in the rear seat of the car for any lenght of time, she will get motion sickness, upset stomach and headache. As a child, she caught a very bad cough after a vaccination, that lasted for months, and ultimately was suppressed I think. and, for many years she had bad acne on her back, but does not currently have this problem, and has not had it for several years.

the spot on the back of her neck appeared after she moved to the United States from China, away from her family and former life.

Do any of these facts alter your analysis?

Thanks,
John

Hi John

Wait for a day.

I will come back.

Murthy

no hurry Murthy, I have learned patience if nothing else from all my experiences.

my own condition continues to improve from just a few doses of lycopodium, I am now a true believer in the classical approach. its a pity that everyone doesn't try classical homeopathy first before resorting to symptom suppression... settling for anything less than real healing is a travesty.

Thanks,
John

Dear John

Nat.mur does have aggravation from motion, but in a low grade.

I think we can start Nat.mur.
If you have liquid potency, mix two to three drops in about 30ml.of water.
Stir vigorously for 5 times, and ask her to take it.

You follow the same procedure next day, but stir 10 times, and give it to her.

stir for 15 times, the third day.

Stop after three doses, and wait for response.

Make sure that there are no odors on her, near her (in the room), and in her mouth before taking the medicine.

avoid camphor in any form.Vicks and most of the balms contain camphor. Don't use them. Start reading labels (some times you may have to use a magnifier), and avoid anything that contains camphor.

Foods to be avoided:

Alcohol,coffee,cold food,herring,honey,milk,pork,Salt,sour foods,Vinegar

Foods to be encouraged:

hot food.

Murthy

P.S. If you have pellets, mix 4 pellets in about 30 ml. of water, and follow the same procedure.

I hope you have a fresh stock, procured recently.

Murthy-

I just bought the vial (pellets) last week, it looks new. Will start next week, after the holiday.

re the food restrictions, are these for health reasons or will they interfere? she eats some pork as she is on a very limited anti-allergy diet for my son (breastfeeding). she drinks green tea, and does use some vinegar... same question on these items.

re the camphor, I'll start looking to make sure I get it all.

I came from my first visit with a classical homeopathy today. He believes I correctly found my constitutional remedy of lycopodium.

John

john34 last decade
These are the items known to antidote nat.mur. However some substances may antidote some, and may not some others.

Vinegar is NO. She has to manage without that. Green tea is o.k. Coming to pork, atleast avoid, for the first three days while the medicine is being taken.

If the pellets look fresh, it is o.k.

Go ahead.

All the best.

how long to avoid the foods like vinegar and peppermint ect?

John

atleast for a week.

Murthy

Thanks Murthy. I will try my best, but my wife does understand the importance of these issues, so, will have to see how it goes.

Murthy-

a few weeks have passed now since we tried the remedy, and my wife reports no changes. I gave her another dose this past week. No real change in her skin condition.

she seems a bit less emotional though, and her last period about a week after the first dose, was very heavy, and then she became a bit dry in the female area. the rash on the back of her head seems unchanged.

John

john34 last decade
Dear John

I think we should give her a liquid potency, on a daily basis, for some days.

Please get Nat.mur 200c in liquid, and inform me. We will start a daily dose, succussed.

If there is no change in symptoms, we won't change the remedy.

Murthy

gavinimurthy last decade
Did you try as suggested, or did you give a single dose and waited?
