Sounds like you have a lot of stress in your life and your vitality is low. Look first for ways you can be kinder to your mind and body.
As far as remedies, here are two possible:
Rumex c. if you get worse with changes in the weather, and irritated by dressing and undressing. You would usually have a cold and sore feeling in the throat along with the lichen.
Antimonium tartaricum if you are weak and the respiratory symptoms are really miserable, like bronchitis
Now if you don't have any respiratory system problems at all, then tell us more about what symptoms go along with the lichen planus and we can give better advice.

Hi-I have Lichen Sclerosis and recently started taking Beta Glucan 200mgs (made from cell wall yeast with 1-3,1-6 linkages) and I feel great now. I no longer itch and my skin is healing.

What best rememdy is suitable for me.
I have Lichen Planus of skin
I am on some homeopathy medicinies what she is giving I donot know but still I get new blistyers. First they were only on legs now started on hands too.
So, I want advise.
Two taypes of tablets one type 4 twice daily and the other 6 tablets 4 times. she gave.
I am having since 1 and half year.
How long will it be?
And I want to concieive too but history of irregular periods.
Something in homeopaty which will help me in this too so taht I can have child naturally.
I have 3 and half year son after fertility treatment. Pcos and 32years old.
