cure for diabeties

sir,
I am 46 yrs old, recently i had blood sugar check up which reported 170 for fasting test and 370 for post lunch.

>>Due to my business i frequently travel around 60 - 100 km per day on my vechile.The roads i travel are in remote places where frequent up and downs causes excessive strain on my body.
due to pollution sometimes i suffer from throat infection with out pain but resulting in chest pain.
>>As i travel frequently i eat out side food (all types of foods) without any timing. I also take minimum 10 cups of tea per day which my business demands.

>>Generally i do not visit doctor for fevers and headaches. since last 6 yrs i did not visited any doctor.I was healthy always but recently due to blood sugar check doctor suggested me to walk atleast 2 or 3 km in early hours.
Please advise me the necessary medicines for my problem

You have also stated that you suffer from 'throat infection with out pain but resulting in chest pain. '
It is possible that you also suffer from Hyperacidity which leads to GERD (gastro esophagal reflux disease) which is caused by excess acid in your stomach leaking up into the esophagus and thereby eroding the inner lining. Your throat infection is perhaps the irritation of the esophagus and throat muscles by the acid and if this is the case you can use Nat Phos 6x dose 3 tablets taken immediately after meals to treat this condition.

Homeopathic medicines cannot be prescribed on the methods of Allopathy. Like 'THIS medicine for THAT disease'.

The Homeopathic CAUSATIVE factor should be found out before recklessly prescribing a medicine (like Arnica) for ANY & ALL diseases. OTHERWISE, it is just placiebo'cally only a palliative (only temporary relief leading & cumulating to more powerful & dangerous symptoms later on, in the long term).

first of all try to lose weight as soon as posible by reducing weight it will help you a lot and start exercising evry single day and i am go to give you the good and effective homeopathic treatment natrum sulph given once or twice a week in potency 200 along with calcarea phos, kali phos and natrum phos, three to four times a day in 6x potency while you are taking this medicine dont take any other homeopathic medicine for diabetes

Don't waste your money on Arnica 30c. It is useless. Try Cinnamon alone, for a few weeks.
