Have you heard of Sun Gazing?
Search it and try to see if it is something that makes sense to you and your wife.
This practice of honoring or worship the sun in some form or way was present in all earlier societies.
Presently, it is being reintroduced to modern societies by an Indian Jain gentleman named Hira Ratan Manek who is an engineer by training. The practice is known by his name HRM Phenomenon. He has made the propagation of the practice of sun gazing for the benefit of the mankind his lifes mission.
People the world over are practicing Sun Gazing due to him. Many websites and webgroups such as yahoogroup have come up for discussing this practice. He lectures and travels the world over if you want to meet him personally.
He is not looking for any funding or publicity of any kind for himself as he does this for free. Also, I am in no way related to him or his work. I benefited from this practice a couple of years ago as I was suffering from depression etc. From my personal experience I can attest that the man, his intention and the practice are all authentic. This practice is based on pure science.
I have a very strong feeling that this will help your wife but she has to be willing to do it on her own convincing.
