The concept is to use one of the inter-currents side by side with the main medicine that you have identified.
Like Psora miasm....
You identify Lyco podium...then give a dose of Sulphur on one of the days in between.
Because signs of miasms are identified quickly.
Example:
skin rash....Sulphur
gum problem...Mercurius
Warts ....Thuja
the inter-currents definately open up the case and more clear symptoms get thrown up for you to identify the next remedy.

One of the methods for dealing with chronic diseases is through predominant miasms -very interesting concept. Actually, since most remedies are anti-miasmatic (if not all-esp deeply acting)
it would make the selection easier.
Abdur Rehman book lists miasms for each remedy-but I gave it to someone for a week and can't look anything up.

Murthy: I can't find that delta-clinic in which he diagnosed himself.
He did not feel pain after HCl?
He wrote that only this acid makes the burning better-but then writes about taking HOT shower - so maybe also hot applications?

What I think is if Lyco helps him,and makes him less painful,we can leave him on that for another week.
Otherwise,Ars may have to be tried.Another thing may be Nat.mur.
Lach. is a two!! in Boericke for ceacum.His aggravation after waking up.If one more prominent symtom tallies,may be we can try Lach.also.
If he is miserable with pain,may be we should allow him to have one dose of that hydrochloric acid per day,and ask him to taper off gradually.
I am just being practical.

I visit Delhi atleast twice an year.You are right.You can spend a whole lot of money in Carol Bagh.In these days of credit cards,debit cards,if you have the temptation,that's it.!!
Anyway,I always have a budget for shopping,and won't exceed that.

In Murphy's rep. there was another one with sharp pain in cecal region-HYDRASTIS CANADENSIS Check it out -but frankly I like ars because as you know I pay a lot of attention to thermals-the man is chilly like ars, unlike lach or nat-m.
If it still hurts it's probably better to try another remedy than go back to HCl. I think.

seems that he keeps improving now - if the improvement stops (but pain not) do you want him to take higher pot of lyc, ars (posology?)another rem or just wait until you come back (depending on his pain though it may not work)

No way-it's your case (I didn't mark 11/22 on my calendar in vain). Besides- now I'm leaving for few days-on Wed.
but of course we will discuss it here: like that incredible and total antidoting with airfreshener! Since it seems to be easily antidoted I seriously consider plussing-and that he take it every (or every second) evening-what do you think?

IU've just learned about dr J Budwigand her flaxseeds and I keep telling people to eat it - I know it is healthy!
However merisel is constipated even though he eats it. The first night he had huge BM - and I wasn't sure why- but after antidoting ars it stopped too-so it was ars-but WHY is he const. now?

Even holding at a reduced level of discomfort is a good sign.We can repeat the same medicine at the same potency for three times,as and when symptoms become worse.
If he is improving gradually,we may up the potency after three doses.
I don't think we can expect daily improvement in complicated cases like this.
Constipation also is a tricky thing,and we may have to analyse further.
We don't get flax seeds here,but I eat sprouted cereals,which were supposed to have lots of natural vitamins.
I got Abdur Rahman's book,and Hydrastis is one of the complimentaries to Ars.(It says Hepatotropie).Let us see.

Hello Murthy (developer of the famous Murthy's method1)
I am still thinking of that airfreshener.
Merisel's symptoms (pain) made it very easy to know if it was antidoted -- but many times you do not have such a clear cut symptoms.
I am afraid now that the right remedy was antidoted like that (even Rahnan says nothing about it) and i thought it was wrong (I can think of two cases where I was sure of the remedy and it was not working the way it should).
Any ideas why this thing antidoted? Coffee doesn't work that fast-and everone is afraid of coffee!

I frankly think you are getting overexcited about the air refreshener.
I will need more instances,and more positive proof that it really antidoted Ars.
Yes,strong odors are harmful to the extant that they antidote the medicine,in the very act of taking,but exposure to odors,after a day or two..i am not sure.
I am not discouraging your idea,but there could be other reasons,why Ars.stopped working.
