It is a VERY RARE occasion if I take anything like that seriously. Besides there are some people whom I like no matter what-and you are among them-so do not worry, I like your comments, be assured that if I sound angry I'm NOT.
HA21 and I have some conflict there and I don't feel he/she is right-I wish I had the wisdom to let go -but I don't so I'll always reply.
Actually I'm not back yet (just have a chance to leave my posts here and there)-I'm glad you are ok after that tsunomi, I wish we heard from Pankaj.

But let us wait for a few more days, then ask him to narrate ALL his complaints in detail. He might feel that this is mere repetation ( but he is very coopearative, so he will do it) This is needed because we want to be sure that the symptoms are clearly pointing to Sulphur before we prescribe it. So let him tell all his symptoms afresh.
Lets see how his kids react to Aconite 1M.I hope it helps...

Nux has really relly done a good job. I feel like going to higher potency before thinking of Sulphur....what do you feel?

For his son,we may have to move on to Ignatia.Grief seems to be the major cause.The pain in tummy is also a confirmation.
May be,we may have to try Nat.mur also later.
Astra suggested this course originally,and I think it is worth a try.

I am sorry for the delay in reply. Was a bit busy.
We can try Ignatia for Merisel's younger son. But according to me 30 is a low potency for his state and intensity of complaint.
For Merisel, I think time has come to intervene again. All his complaints are aggravated...I think Nux 1 M should put him back into order. I dont think we should worry about the "itchy skin" right now.
What do you suggest?

Aconite is basically an acute remedy-best used at the onset, up to 24-36 hrs after.
Later it has no effect (even if the first dose had).
I had great experience with it this holiday!
My mother (retired now but always a very allopathic vet) caught a very bad cold on Christmas Day - diagnosed herself as having bronchitis and decided she feels REALLY BAD and needs to go to the emergency to get "some antibiotics". 5 pilules of Aconite 30c- and she IMMEDIATELY started to feel better. The next day she had no traces of cold!
She looked at me quite suspiciously later - I gave her some books on homeopathy few years ago-maybe she will read them now.
The right remedy can trigger miracles!
I will read the rest of this forum later (and post my bright ingights)-until then you may relax.

Your mother's experience should atleast make her to try homeopathy more often.

You are right (cerebral atrophy)-it is way too serious and acute (timing is too important for on-line)-he is not back though.

Seriously, Aconite (in my exp only) works wonders at the onset (up to about 36 hrs), later I have to think about something else-it just never worked (not for the lack of trying).
if you can find any info about aconite acting later-please share (or forever hold your peace).

About his kids, yes , medicine can certainly play a part , but after few days they will recover on their own ( this is the resolution offered by "Time" !!! )
If not , then they definitely require a remedy. Right now, it is obvious and natural for them to react in this way. They are too young to understand the situation.
Lets see what Ignatia does.

The point is that it increased after hearing about his friend-he tends to keep emotions inside and will certainly not wake up crying at night-but it seems to me now that he would benefit from Ign /nat.m. too(at that time anyway).
nux v. has fast pulse in its picture too (and so does ars! haha)-maybe if he follows your advice it will be enough.

I too thought of Ignatia,but you perhaps forgot that they are inimical,particularly,when one of them shows response.(Vithoulkus)
This guy Abdur Rahman is a strange fellow.He gives Nux.v,as follows well,as well as inimical,(ofcourse within brackets 'sometimes').I see in many places contradictions like this.
The simple explanation I can give is he collected opinions of various people (may be of people like me and you also.Haha),and reproduced them,and left it to us to decide what to do!!
A strange encyclopedia.!!But,it is still a good reference book,for the comments against each medicine,and the long list of collaterals.I think this guy is the only one to have thought of collaterals,after Clarke.
Coming back to Merisel,let us wait and see.

I've seen "adrenals"-seems like the rate will be ok.
I've never tried ign with nux, but find it strange that they are inimicals as ign is kind of acute remedy and VERY different in symptoms (though botanically they are close) - I wanted to say "time to hit the books" but I'm hitting them all the time anyway!
AR's book is actually a collection of information from many books- and some authors are just more credible than others-really: common sense comes in very handy!
Waiting /watching is the best prescription in homeopathy. Too bad it requires PATIENCE!

Cantharis has lot of tenesmus and the urine comes drop by drop.It has intense burning pains.
I don't think Cantharis is indicated now.I will think of follow up.
She says,the urgency is less frequent.Let us see.

But some people have wrong ideas about homeopathy-should I go along with their illusions-which I don't share?
