Cystic acne

I have question which doses and which remedies I need for removing cysts on forehead, and on the whole complexion- spots filled with pus and also red pimples and spots which they are dissapering with leaving scars and then new spots are growing in that same place. I have also tendency on eyelid to styes. For now I use hepar sulph 5CH , one tablet for 3 times, and once for 2 weeks Staphysagria 200 CH. I observed that no chalazions are created since I ‘ve taken Staphysagria. And I have for the first time since 2 years no problems with swellings on absorbent gland when I took hepar suplh. But the cysts are still on forehead (about 3 cm), and pimples with pus are creating all the time, they are not so large, as earlier. I know that I need at the least 2 remedies, first remedy I need for the whole healing (like base- remedy) and other for taking every day. I must also state, that I have very painful periods. And always skin before period or during period is very bad condition. I have problems with skin since 2 years. And I’m 23 years old.
