Nasty cold

Hi everyone,
could someone suggest me a remedy? I'm 31 years old female, and I have a cold, which started with yellow discharge from nose, and a feeling of beeing cold all the time. I also had kind of headache in my forehead. Only bed and blanket hepled, so I took Hepar 30c 4 times yesterday.
Today my simptoms have changed, I have the feeling that my nose is blocked although it isn't, not completely, and it's running all the time, watery thin discharge. When I lay down on my right side, my left nostril unblocks, and my right nostril gets blocked, and vice versa. I feel better in a warm but not dry room. And I can't get to sleep as I normaly do, it takes about 1 hour or so to fall to sleep.

I hope that I was precise enough.
Thank you,

Martita, does this help at all? (If it doesn't, it might help you clarify what your relevant symptoms are.)

Hope you are feeling better soon!

Thanks Daisy, but it doesn't really help, I have already read that. Still, I don't know which is the right remedy. And I also think that I should visit a homeopat for a constit. therapy because I get these 'colds' often.
