Dear John,
It all depends where you are coming from (in the mind...not geographically)...
My faith has taught me to follow the four basics that can bring a balance in life:
NAMRATA ...this means politeness
SEVA....service to society
SANGATH.....this means togetherness with all people of the universe
UMEED.....this stands for HOPE!!
I follow these principles ...hence in politenss start a convesration with "please" !
It is not any sign of weakness...it is a sign of strength.
In my culture we greet people with a "NAMASTE" ...which means " I respect the GOD within you !". Just as there is GOD with in me, there is GOD with in you....and HE is the link between the two of us.
Best,
Pankaj Varma

Silvia !
Take a dose of Ignitia 200 morning and evening on day one. (total two doses).
On day three start with Phosphorus 200....three doses in a gap of 1/2 hour (e.g. 8 am, 8.30 am, 9 am).
Then wait.
Please use usual precautions while taking homeopathic meds. You will find them explained all over on this site.
Feed back in 5 - 7 days after taking meds.
If homeopathic aggravation takes place, just quickly post symptoms.

Pankaj Varma

Wow! It got dense here!Everyone wants to make a good deed. And only now can I join the discussion...
Hello Silvia-we can only analyze what you write. You wrote about being a perfectionist and beiing sympathetic -actually both NOT symptoms at all! But when 2 remedies cover your symptoms, like arsenicum and phosphorus did in my analysis, you have to decide which one goes first=which has better chance to be your similmum (because you may go to America stoping at many places but the best in case of healing is a direct flight!)I didn't have any of your symptoms which would differentiate (I was even ready to ask for your birthday!) between these two (like e.g. both have aversion to milk unlike Ignatia!- it wouldn't be that important if Ignatia covered your other symptoms-but it doesn't) - but then you wrote about anxiety attacks and dreams of suffocation and although again both have it-arsenicum is much bigger here! And the little sips so characteristic of ars! phosphorus is a bit hemorrhaging-bleeds easily-you never said that.
That's why of the two I picked ars for the first (and hopefully only) prescription.
I do not agree with Pankaj that Ignatia should be given first - it's not indicated on the basis of your symptoms (so it is NOT homeopathic)!
(really, it takes a lot to make me angry, much more than forum posts-but since I'm talking about Pankaj-the principles you listed look great-but do not fool yourself that you live by them. It takes more than saying "namaste" to being polite).

Lets leave the personalities out!
Lot of people waiting for help.
Let Silvia try what I suggested......results will speak.

Maybe i should add something more about my physical health.
I was a very healthy kid.These days:
- mouth: gum bleeding, all my teeth have already been touched by a dentist, had bad teeth, growing too close to each other - causing decay.
- dry lips, often cold sores /4-5 times /year/
-PMS - moody, depressive, irritable cold...
- about that break down i had when i was 17 - it started as a headache / pins and needles in my head, but only on one side/, then this feeling moved down my body, but again only on one side -/opposite the head one/. I ended up with this paralysing, tickling, pins and needles like feeling plus i then i could not read text, not understand what people say and i could not really say anything, i started forgetting things. It all lasted an hour.I was scared to death, went to bed and in the morning it was all ok. Doc told me I had a shock, my brain could not cope with the stress anymore and "stopped working". He said I had my vessels in brain tapered or something like that. Since than I somehow changed / not that i did something for that.../, the way my brain worked - i did not remember and i could not dwell on bad things that much anymore, they somehow did not touch me. But i could really remember good things either. It was all somehow passing me by. It was a great feeling back then, because until this incident I had carried all my baggage with me all the time...It was a load off my shoulders.
- a few years ago I had polyps on vagina
- haemorrhage in stool
- easily bruised
- externally sensitive to pain
- cold feet
- great weakness in my thighs after mental exertion
-perspiration / hot flushes after hot meal, drinks
- pimples
- incoherent speech
I hope it helps,
cheers,
silvia

Astra.....being polite does not mean that I agree with what ever you say or John says or Murthy says.
Politeness ....requires that you make your point giving due respect to the other persons point of view. Let the other Forum members see all the points of view and decide for themselves.
Forum is a place for different ideas to emerge...it is not a coaching centre. Politeness requires that you don't show your anger if some-one advocates a different view point. Also, one should not behave as if he/she knows every thing and others views are trash.
I, for one, always keep my self open to learning new things. However, never shy away from expressing my current views.
When you expressed disent towards my views....I was ready to explain my view point....I didn't throw a fit!
I suggested Ignitia (two doses)... because I saw some signs....and at a place I asked Silvia .."Correct me if I am wrong".
She did not refute it.
Going by the mentals of the case...there is a need for Ignitia in addition to Phosphorus.
Now more symptoms are emerging.....
If Silvia doesn't wish to hear my views....let her say so !
Best wishes to all.
Pankaj Varma

last menses:
approx. a month ago, as i got a menses yeasterday. It lasts 6-7 days.It is fairly regular 26-28 days apart.
Heavy 2-3 days,than ok.fairly dark, sometimes clotting.
Prior menses: 2-3 days - insatiable hunger+moody, irritable depressive+ pimples, 2 hours cravings for sweet stuff, hot needle-like cramps in the womb.First day of period- fairly painfull, taking painkillers. Pain is getting worse, i got off contraception 3 months ago, thats probably why./ no pain during contrac./Second day ok, bit tired, feeling like my womb is very tired, its like i just gave birth to a few kids...The rest is ok, no complaints.
Pregnancies- no, no miscarriages, abortion.
I had been on contraceptives almost 8 years, got off 3 months ago.
Contraception - Diane 35, Yasmine and some others, dont remember the names...
Yest infection - no
