neck pain

hello...when i woke up this morning and stretched...i felt and heard a "pop" just below the back of my neck...now five hours later i can barely move my neck...it is very stiff and sore and the pain is radiating through my head and shoulders. i took 30c arnica about 3 hours ago and i have applied arnica cream three times...should i continue if so how often or try something different? i would appreciate any suggestions.

thank you for your response...i have many remedies but i do not have causticum and will have to order it and it will be several days before i would receive it...are there any other remedies that i could try? i have arnica 3oc and 200c...which i understood was very good for pain relief. should i try a higher dosage or more often?

what was going on day before?

thank you for your response john...by friday evening the pain in my neck was completely gone...i took the arnica 30c only once and applied the arnica cream many times throughout the day...i was amazed...i had actually made an appointment for the chiropractor for saturday morning but cancelled because i felt so much better.

However keep causticum also in your stock.It is also a very useful medicine.
